and this error shows up when he's using PZ
um my Friend did what Dialga says . btw his pc has DEEP FREEZE but this issue was first time to him

Try This:
1.) Download Hotspot Shield -> https://www.hotspotshield.com/vpn/
2.) Install the Hotpost Shield.

If its already Connected, try running the Autoupdate.exe Again.5.) If it works, wait for the update to finish and press again the White circle to Disconnect..
This is my method if I'm having that kind of problem.
