Cant access web shop

Hello sir I am having problem accessing the web shop when ever I try to log in it says "Invalid Username" since after the update I cant log in at the web shop but when logging in on the game and control panel to reset my char it is valid by the way before the update I was still able to access the web shop to buy gold pet or wings if possible can you please fix my account? I already asked GM Titan about this but I think he doesn't know the cause

if you use special symbols in your password then change it: http://www.infinitymu.net/index.php?op=changepassword
also try using different browsers,if it doesn't work then wait for RESiSTANT.

I already did change my pass sir and I dont use special chars but it still doesn't work same goes for the browser

Hello its been almost 3 days when I last posted about my account cant access the web shop can any admin/mod check if my account can still be fixed? I really need to buy 2 new scale armors because they wont trade it for my Pair F.O. item ingame

maybe u did it wrong u need to logout the game if u want to get in webshop/website

I am always logging out when buying items from the web shop it always says "Incorrect Username"

Count this password in Webshop. I count its 12password

And count this password in Website. I count its 10password

So try to login your password in webshop

Sorry Zheng, It's prolly a bug from the webshop. Just wait until Resistant check this thread. Be patient.
