Can't Access Website and can't connect to game.

Hello everyone, I suddenly encountered a problem where I can't access InfinityMU website and also cannot connect to the game. Here is a screenshot of how it looks like when I'm trying to access the site:

I already tried to restart my computer and modem but still the same problem occurs. I hope someone knows how to solve this issue. Thank you!

i think there is nothing to do on our end. even I cant access too. "There is a network routing issue between Cloudflare and the origin web server" or so i think.

Oh so i guess we have the same problem. You can't also access to the game server?

I can access the website fine for me. Have you tried to open the website in any browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera? Also check your internet connection if stable bcos it might due to some ISP problem and try to reset your modem as well. Tell us it works

I can access the website fine for me. Have you tried to open the website in any browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera? Also check your internet connection if stable bcos it might due to some ISP problem and try to reset your modem as well. Tell us it works
I already tried several troubleshooting, including restarting of computer and modem but still nothing works. My internet connection is fine since i can browse other websites including here in forums, but the only thing i can't access is the infinityMU site as well as the game server, when i try to start the client and click connect, the game won't start.

It's some issue with Philippino internet providers. Call your providers and ask them what is the problem and why you can't open our website.

Our web and game didn't interrupt for 2 months since we are in the new host datacenter in Canada.

I was playing fine several days before and around 2 hours ago then this suddenly happened, so i guess there no other resolution than calling our provider. I will do that and give an update. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Thanks!

Alright then, if that is the case you should be able to access our website since you can open other websites.
Try to do this steps:
1. Open the Start menu
2. Click on Run
3. Type cmd then right-click and select Run as Administrator
4. Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit enter


Also if you are using CCleaner or other program try to clear the caches from your browser.

This method works, i also have this problem right now and it fix. I can visit the website now and the voting page as well.

OMG! This solved the issue! thank you! I just wanted to tell you that i tried this already before on cmd, but not running as an administrator. But it says flusing of dns and cache was successful, so i thought it was useless. Anyway i am able to access the site again. Thank you very much!
