Cant connect to server, website and 4rum.

After DDos attack, my friend cant connect to server, website and 4rum also.

What happen to him? He lives in finland.

1.) Maybe because IP banned.
2.) Maybe because his/her ISP is ruin.
3.) Maybe because something is wrong with his PC?
4.) Computer Register is scrambled.
5.) Re-format pc/Re-download game.
6.) Call his/her ISP.

had the same problem..i just turn off my modem and pc then when i turn it on everything is OK

does he still have this issue?
what his IP?,does he have forum account?

tell him to go to this site http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and PM me his IP so RESiSTANT will check
