you can use the "Snipping Tool" of Windows 7 to take Screenshot of the error,maybe the RAR files didn't completely downloaded so that's why you couldn't extract the files from the RAR..

first time i see such error with WinRar :S

Looks like you are using sub account of the windows.

Run every time Win RAR as administrator before extracting files.
