Please try to get ss(screenshot) of the problem so other players can specify the problem your having, so that they might help you with that. Are you launching the launcher normally or do you use pingzapper before launching the launcher ?

-disable your anti-virus before installing to prevent missing files.

i've tried all of this sir, install c++. netsock reset, properties etc. i think i need to reformat my pc again XD

i dont know why u need to show your taskbar if your problem is C++.
problem when u lunch the Updater force not to Update and directed to C++ error, same as mine before.

highly recommend to use this Tool http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html.
-Fix all error and your Problem C++ in your PC/Laptop and its also Free.
-after downloading it ,open and Jump directly to Repair.

That will fix your Problem may take 30min+ and the program will reboot your PC Automatically.

Delete your main.exe and run autoupdater again.
If that won't work either then add resistant.bg on skype and when he has time he will log in with teamviewer to check it out.

Delete the Game completely by the control panel. then go to the site download the game client again and download the patch. after the download of the game is completed extract the patch files to the folder and copy them to the infinity mu folder and run auto updater.

iMU worked guys, reformatted my pc, downloaded all c++ cons...main problem now is the game, its super slow.. 1gb radeon hd 4670 vc installed.. but i play it like no vc.. XD whats happening, the vc is properly updated and working in other offline games..

Check if you have direct x updated. What windowa you installed?
Also got main.exe >right xlixk>properties>disable high scaling dpi
Run the game on lower resolution and in window mode.
