Cant Log in the Site But Can Log in the Game

We play for a long time then we stoped and now we play again but my cousin cant log in the site to view his points.

What Browser you Use? If Mozilla Firefox, try to Clear Cache your Mozilla. If Chrome, Also try it Clear Cache. If Google Chrome Cannot Login again. Try to Re-install your Browsers.

Ahmmmm, Maybe it is Connection Problem. Try to contact your Internet provider.

Try to contact your internet provider and tell them that you can't connect to the site http://connect.infinitymu.net/ and after they unblock it you should be able to connect. :happyy:

I think you should send a mail to our admin @ support@infinitymu.net with the information that you had used to registered such as (Account ID & E-mail).

Yes. You can Send them via Email with your Problem in your Connection. But Much better if you go to the Branch of your Internet then tell them.

I think you should send a private message to RESiSTANT regarding this matter, better send him the full details of the account like username, email, secret question and answer (if asked). The problem is not in the internet side because as you've said you can connect using other account and only his account can't connect.
