re install the game,

Remove everything from IMU. reboot.
download a fresh setup. https://www.infinitymu.net/downloads
install it. run the auto update. and it should fix.

Hello , I think you have enabled DEP function in my computer section and you didn't add main.exe to there. that's why you getting main.exe has stoped working problem. try to add main.exe , mu.exe , autoupdate.exe , and play.exe then try again. It will fix your problem.

I already re installed the game 3 times
Is it possible, the cause of the problem is IP ban or So? I have a friend in mine here that got ban maybe you guys blocked the IP not sure.

nothing to do with that ban, can you send me what you get in your logs of the live guard

imu folder => liveguard => Logs, you can send those in pm to me.
