Possible
*Call your ISP(internet service provider) maybe infinitymu got blocked
*try to do this Start menu>type "cmd" (without quotation) in the search box and open it> write "ipconfig/flushdns" then press enter
*if still no connect button try to send your IP address to our Admin here > support@infinitymu.net and he can check it and explain your problem

Please, don't post useless stuff. I want to see atleast one player here who doesn't really meet the minimum requirements. My 10y/o PC even meets them.

This is a connection issue. The game acts through specific ports, which sends/receives packets through them. As the updater uses 80/21 ports to communicate (mostly 80, as I remember, FTP is not used in it, it uses normal HTTP transfer), but the game itself acts around 50k-60k ports. So, to conclude, your problem is in your firewall. It blocks the connection between the gameserver and your computer. Please specify which antivirus are you using, which OS are you running and do you have Windows Firewall enabled?

It is not ISP fault, because ISP's have full access to out/in TCP connections, UDP's might be blocked, but they cannot block TCP connections.

Lets start with WF:
(This goes to Windows 8.1, but it's pretty much the same for Windows Vista/7/8)
Press Start
Type in Control Panel
Open it.
Choose System and Security
Press on Windows Firewall
Choose Advanced Settings
Click on Windows Firewall Properties
Turn off everything on Domain, Private and Public profiles.
Press ok and apply all the settings.

Now, if you don't have a 3rd party firewall, this should fix your issue.

This issue shouldn't be DEP issue, because the application starts.


Also, check that does your AV possibly clarify the anticheat as a false-positive. You could try it like this:
Turn off your AV for like, 30min-60min
Reinstall InfinityMU
Update it
Run it.


Also, a reminder, I've seen cases that some people use such 3rd party applications, which make your connection secure over VPN/Port config. I advise you to stop those programs when you try to connect.

Guys , I Think its not a connection problem , because connect button already appears when he tries to connect .
