maybe try disable all the effects and not just "Smooth edges of screen fonts"

also what Windows you're using?

There is already solution for your problem.

I have even sticked the solution thread in this section and you haven't seen it. In the forum rules says that you must first search before post.

I've told him to post here RESiSTANT,i showed him that thread in the chatbox and he said that it doesn't work even after he tried what's written there..

It should work fine if he is using Windows XP. I haven't seen this problem on windows 7.
