No, that hotkey is not Auto HP or Auto Combo

its Inventory a+ or b+ , a Program used for Warcraft game configuring Hotkey to have easier item/skill usage.

Ontopic:

Try Right Clicking the Game and Run as Administrator.

Try also turning off Firewall and AntiVir, If still it doesnt work, Post again

Also there is no need to run it as Admin since this is XP.
