change the color of the forum rules title

I dont know if its already in here somewhere, to lazy to search xD

but like the tittle said, if i'm not wrong in the rules say no bright colors in forum right.

so why the hell is the forum breaking he's own rule xD

The color of forum rules is bright green. you can see that it is there, but you cant read what it is. it can be useless in some ppl there eye's but i think it isnt

( i just woke up so dont mind all the typo's and etc xD)

if the tittle have the same color like the other menu's in forum it will be better to. thank you

you sure you refer to the Forum Rules?,they aren't in bright green and visible in all themes.
