Characters gone

So it`s been some months since i have not played infinitymu and now i tought i give it a go again only to find that my 2 characters have disappeard 1DL transformed from dk (1GR ) and 1DK 16 - 17 rr .. is this normal ? I cannot create a new character cause it says there are 4 created but i cant see none of them . My guess is this is bug caused beacuse of some new updates but i would appreciate an answer ! My hope is to recover the characters along with theyr sets and options intact if it can be done . my account is uzzzy if any admin wants to figure out the problem ! Thanks

I have never heard of new updates causing this problem. But if you believe this is a mistaken, please email RESiSTANT at support@infinitymu.net for help.

Have you tired updating your graphics? (V-card, DirectX)

not a graphic or pc problem , im not a newb neither in gaming or in pc use .

If you think this has nothing to do with the technical aspects of your computer, mailing him would be the better choice then.

I have characters in my account but I can't see them!?
1. Log into your account by typing your account name without caps (no big letters).
2. OR try to re-install InfinityMu.

just, re-install ur client.. if it doesnt work, just contact our admin, but i think that re-installing the client would be ok, so just let us know.

Your account is Uzzzy. If you type uzzy while logging-in then you can't see your characters and you can't create other since that account doesn't exist.
As I see there are 2 characters into it, so nothing is lost and that was your issue.

Solved !!! All is working the problem was i was typing my account name without the 1st letter in caps lock , mu client seems to be case sensitive ! thank you all for the help
