client closes after muguard loads...

hi can anybody help me on fixing this??? after the latest update... this thing happend... is there anybody who can help me with this thing??? i tried reinstalling configuring my dep... and even redownloading all the stuffs client installer patch and everything... even reformatting my computer... it just closes after muguard splash screen appears... :wtfsmilie:
 
Does Any case errors appears?
Could you check your Anti-Virus Logs and see if its stopping it. And also close all programs that you don't need running at the same time.
 
.if you got the same antivirus after reinstalling your windows...try to put off your antiv
 
Show us a picture or say what "Mu Guard" it ( e.g. > Mu Guard Case 004 )

Tell us so we can know and fix it.
 
theres no error commin out... muguard loads and nothin... i dont even have an antivirus installed...

i did that already... still nothin... click connect then muguard loads... then main.exe wont even show up... lol... i even tried installing my os and drivers then mu only... and still nothin... xD
 
try to Reinstall it and then download the new patch and patch then run the Mu...
 
i did that... not just 3 times... but 5 times... i reformatted my pc even my partition for 3 times... and still nothin....

ok... the client worked... but after the new update... problem occured again... cant open the client again... i tried dep procedure also... my os is windows xp sp3.... can anybody help me out on this???
 
What is your Operating System?

after the new update today... i get mu.exe application error... even with dep exception on the main.exe and mu.exe...

Show screen shot of the error.

Try to move the game client folder in english named directory (if you use russian or other Cyrillic language).
