control in skill & deleting friends

Can i ask something why my control in skills and pots are reseted when i got off in game. I always control it again everytime i open it in game. Is there any way to control it and it will not be lost when i get off in game.There is another why i can't delete friends it always said "couldn't delete". I have attached pictures below.

It will work as I have tried it for myself just follow the instructions carefully.
Assign skills > switch character > assign them all over again > select server > assign again > then switch character > exit game > then look again

i had try it again and it really didn't work. I follow those steps carefully but it didn't work

How come it doesn't work for you? I tested this myself and to my friends before Try to assign them again. Stay in-game for a while. Do pvp or even go level up if you want to. After 6-10 mins, try to select server and see the results again. This is unusual :d

I actually don't know it really didn't work. i try it so many times.

Actually its really annoying when it come the skill slots wont stay/save xD

About friends could not delete, you need ask RESiSTANT to delete them,
Post thread at bug report section and ask Admin to delete which friends you want delete.
I think its bug bcoz the friend's char is deleted or change name
