Corrupted File

Hi,
For the past hours.. I've been trying to seek and fix this corrupted file, I run Autoupdate enormous amount of time, reinstalled infinityMU twice, deleted itemaddoption.bmd file and restored it numerous times but i'm afraid I need ze help of ze pipol hereeee..
Would be very much appreciated.
