could someone clear this sacred item in my inventory please...

i played in the illusion temple and when the time is almost up i took the sacred item but the time ran out..when i got back to lorencia..i walked so slow and i got this "item" in my inventory..could someone help me remove it....T_T

Put all important items in vault. Then go to site and reset inventory
