Credits For Reset

Hi i am new to this server. I have done several resets but i did not see the credit added in my account ?
Can anyone guide me on how to check that ? Thanks in advance.

I actually done the reset in game. Paid 5 renas to reset at the NPC
I have also done reset through website when I run out of renas.
Does that matter if there is a mixture ?

It is just a credits, not a gold credits, 5 credits/reset in-game. You can earn gold credits through Grand Reset, 100 reset = 1 Grand Reset.

I did not receive any credit either. I went to my account. All i has was 360 credit which i changed for 12 hours of online time.

Sorry for the mistake but it is 5 GC not 5 credits xD because I also tried to reset via in-game and it is working fine. 5 GC added to my account.

Can you please show some proofs? Make a reset again via in-game and then screenshot it just like what I did, so that we can solve your problem. Thanks!

Ok i have just tried reset my dark lord and the 5 GC is in. But my previous resets with BK and Elf is not there. Should i submit a ticket ?

You can send a ticket, e-mail support@infinitymu.net or better wait for RESiSTANT to reply here because it is kinda weird that your Dark Lord recieved 5 Gold Credits while your 2 characters are not, I think it is bug thingy.
