Proof: CS register, ss where he says he wont join cs ( also he is a GrandMaster Only BK is allowd to seal. he got warnd about that by Fero but he ignored Fero about it.)

after a deliberation we removed there reg to the CS and decide to unban him. they arnt reg anymore so not much of a reason to stay in ban list also there are some things that we keep in mind with our action we will do now .
