From 31.3.2018 – Castle Siege Event will start with 1 hour earlier for most countries which are not changing clocks including Philippines due Daylight Saving Time – DST – Summer Time. CS will start in 9 PM instead 10 PM (+8UTC/PH time) and for the players with the same timezone as the server (utc+3) the time will remain the same: 4PM-6PM (utc+3). Count down "time till the battle" on cs stats page will give you the best idea when CS starts in case any misunderstandings you might have.
