The essence of the problem is that: I am unable to sit long in a chair on the computer I'm running with a gamepad (joystick). Control is via a program Xpadder but your protection then why block this program, you can add it to the exceptions? In the other, I am unable to play, and really want. This program does not harm your server and server-based data.

I've tryed to understand and I think the only one who can help you is RESiSTANT coz he's the only one who can add it to exceptions if it's possible.
Be patinent and also w8 for RESiSTANT. (I'll send him this thread via PM)

I think it's not even possible to play mu with a joystick / controller.
 
With help from the program Xpadder gamepad (joystick) you can control the keyboard and mouse. In general, with this program, you can assign any action mouse / keyboard - gamepad (joystick). So, anything is possible.

The problem is not a game developer, but to protect the server. He just takes over the program Xpadder cheat. It should just add an exception that would protect not respond to this program. I (geypad) joystick completely replaces the mouse and keyboard for everything.
 
I think that RESiSTANT will not unblock Xpadder from the mu-guard since, It is a software which allows someone to change the mapping of the keys, in other terms it is a non-malicious 3RD PARTY program that can alter game play. For example , the user of xpadder can assign keys to use a potion and a skill at the same time with pressing only one keystroke. It is a violation to one of the game rules

Using autohotkey, macros or any type of third party software that plays the game for you, or otherwise manipulates game play experience is forbidden.

And besides A mouse and keyboard is easier to use in playing MU rather than a joystick since it is hard to control the cursor with the annalog stick.

Of course, I understand perfectly that it is best to play with the keyboard and mouse, but I wrote in the first message that there are some problems for which I can not for a long time is in a sitting position.
