I need to address some issues circulating in the community regarding the recent Detectable Cheat Ban.
A PC check is not necessary for detectable bans because we ensure that before banning, it's a 100% accurate detection. We will ask for a PC check if we are not 100% sure, and for fairness detected player we will does the pc check without banning. However, for HWID bans, it's always a 100% accurate LiveGuard Detection. We will always provide assurance regarding those detectable cheats bans.

especially within the PH community, with the notion that such a ban is inaccurate and unjustifiable.

Seriously? Do you know the words you are talking? Have I received a PM from you clarifying these matters? None. As I mentioned in this clarification post, detectable cheats are a 100% accurate detection. You can't just throw around these kinds of words publicly if you are not sure what you are talking about. Imp admitted he was using a cheat and bought it as his own, but until now, we are just waiting for him the donation for an unban for his second chance. Also, he promised us via PM that he would donate, but until now, nothing. You know there are lots of cheaters willing to donate foran unban, but we are not entertaining them much because it's too many second chances for them. This was only a detectable cheat ban, but it seems like a big deal for everybody when we asked for the cheater's cooperation and unban donation. They have the expenses or enough money to buy paid cheats, but for an unban via the webshop, none? How ironic is that, right?
