disconnect all the time HELP

Dear Sir Admin and staff

i cant access or even log in when my client finish loading

all i can see is Your Disconnected From the server

Its almost 1 week since i had last log-in

i`ve tried redownload and reinstall the client but nothing happen


Hope you can help me with this

After you login in the game, DONT select your character with ENTER. Press double click on character or click+Connect...

His problem is different, he cant even get to character selection screen,

As soon as the loading screen dissappears, he gets DC'd.

The best solution is to ask Resistant for help.

Make sure your Firewall/Antivirus/DEP,doesn't block the executable files of the client.
If you have any Proxy/VPN programs installed then uninstall them.

dude, since you don't know much about computers I suggest you download TeamViewer and let Linda or Wrathbinge fix it via remote assistance:

reinstall your client and download the latest patch
check your internet connection and the firewall

off all your hacks and poof you can enter XD

or maybe your anti virus does not accept our client..try to change anti virus or turn off firewall
