Dude, re-downloading and re-installing will not do much help at all. Who told you to do that? Dang..

Anyways, server was experiencing problem some time ago. Everyone was lagging and it was a serious one and delay was frequent and this is an abnormality. Maybe PH country is suffering from deliver of information again or it's just your ISP. Try to restart router as usual. It should somewhat help. If not, wait patiently. It'll fix itself.
 
1. Some of the players mu client is just crashing after the loading screen or while loading screen is almost done.
Reason : Client's computer is infected with trojan rootkits that hooks api sockets and some more functions to steal data from the victim, these functions when altered will cause not only mu client muguard enabled to crash but also some tools using the same functions.

Solution : Use this tool (Download: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloa...ateskiller.exe), kaspersky special tool for this type of rootkits, to remove this trojan rootkit and restore to original the api functions altered by the said rootkit.

BSOD / Computer Restarted when starting mu client.

Reason : Mu Client is started with compatability mode.

Solution : Remove mu client compatability mode in client shortcut/program properties.

Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the mu window.

Reasons : Debugger is present, DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs and mu client is started with limited user.

Solutions : Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run mu client with admin level (run as Admin in Vista/Win7).

3. In Windows XP Game Client crashes (alias Don't Send error)?

Right Click InfinityMu Shortcut or mu.exe (located in infinitymu root folder)
Properties
Compatibility >Compatibility Mode >Check this Box (Run this program in compatibility mode for) > Windows 2000

OR

Your OS is Windows XP x32 Service Pack 2. Try updating it to Service Pack 3.

If client still crashes then problem is your OS. Try re-installing it.
 
I had the same problem while playing on 100x , but i meet a good guy wich helped me :)

1.Enter your router host adress in adress field from browser, for e.g. 192.168.1.1 (ADSL devices), else search google or use manual to see what's the host adress of your router device.

2.Search for WAN or Static IP configurations in your router menu.

3.Set up:
Primary DNS: 8 8 8 8
Secondary DNS: 8 8 4 4

I also try to play in our sister server but still the same problem. Meaning my computer is the problem.

NOTE: Some tries I can log in in the game but after few seconds I got disconnected.

My internet connection is okay I can stream videos and download movies

If you can watch videos still and getting disconnected in-game, your PC will be the last possible cause of your problem. In my persperctive its either your ISP or the server is the issue here. I'm also encountering your issue and its my ISP's problem, how did I know? I can surf the net on my browser and my friends have the same ISP as mine and were from different provinces. Guess what? They are getting dc too. Keeping on reinstalling your client wont help you further.

I also found this thread that is same with your post.

Its okay now. I did 4 resets with no disconnection.
Any moderator please close this thread.
 
I experience same problems before when I do level-up. The problem lies with the internet connection provider. Try using other connections provided by pocket wifi or if you have other connection try it if it will help you out.

Problem has been resolved. Who ever experiences the same problem just read the topic posts carefully and if still don't have any result please create new thread.
