You need to realise that this is also a season 3 episode 1 server, people get tired of this season, they want new things, and let's face it MU isn't really all that popular anymore, everyone's going in ArcheAge, Destiny, Guild Wars 2 and other high spec games, of course you can't expect an eleven-twelve years old game to be as popular as it used to be, it's like asking the impossible, i see where you come from though, but sadly we can't have 1500 players online like the old times bro, it's just this kind of game, only the true lovers of the old good s3e1 MU Online are going to come here.

I must agree with you Nick. Mu is old game. But I can`t get why nowadays, players doesn`t look GMs someone special like before? Why GMs not respected at all, and looking like normal player? Why it was harder to be even Supporter before but it is easy to become GM now? Don`t you think that, it is all our faults?

That's exactly what i am trying to make you understand all this time, it's the faults of the past, and yes of course it's our fault, while i was up in the highest authority i did my best to keep a balanced and minimal team that can work well, i did succeed some times, but others i failed, i am not afraid to admit it, jokes aside, it's hard to find good people for the GM position nowdays, one of the reasons is the low english communication level that they posses, also some people with "bad past" re-apply, how can you really accept them when you know what they did, and what the issue dealing with them is, it's really hard, besides, it sure is nice hiring previous staff members back as GMs, and it's also really convenient since you are sure they know what to do or deal with problems, but it pains me to say this, there are so many "Legends" that don't even deserve the Tag, much less deserving to get back in the team due to their flaws.

Basically, nowdays what Titan seeks is hunger to be taught and work for a better community from the GMs, that's why he's a good judge of people who will be of help, if he deems that person worth it he will try him out and give him/her a chance to prove what they are made of.

Yeah you was great Leader, I must accept it. Thats why i created this thread. We made that fault. For some time we recruited TGMs in easy way. But now let's not make this fault again and again. Else nothing will be changed in good way. You think I dont want to see EMs in GM team? I want. If that guy deserves and eligible for it, why he/she have to waste his/hers time as EM? But we must not accept them that easy too. Before everything was harder and it made people look Gm job as something special. I need those days back. I dont want that active mu since as you Nick said, it is not possible and I am totally agree with your reason.

The main fact is we allways do something just for the server, and the Administration + HGM + GM team will never let to anybody to ruin the harmony and peace of this cool community. If just a simple negative attitude, proudness, or "being a boss" appears at any of the GMs/Staffs, they risk to be demoted in a short time. So u know well how this goes.
