Encounter Error While In Game

Hi i encounter this error while in game.

Can i know what causes this or what should i do to solve it ?

Usually this happen after you got disconnected (internet problem),
or, you change account after active for a long time, this can be happen too,
just stop your PZ and closed it,
re-start PZ again and play normally
