Hi, your thread is moved to the right section..
And please can you provide some SS or video of your problem ?

Extract the file launcher, then after extracting go to the second file and left click the launcher then press the "run administrator" if it is not working then click the other main, or play. Same goes left click then run the administrator. If its error again try to re-download then same process.
