Hello Community of InfinityMU and the Staff team!

I am here applying for the position Event Master. This is my first application and I'm kinda nervous so please bear with my application. :grin:

Why do you want to apply as an Event Master?

I've been joining lots of events here in forum and also in-game so I experienced the joy that these events give. I want to give such joy to other players that’s why I'm here applying as an Event Master. I learn things easily once they are taught to me and I love discovering things too, that's why I'm here applying so that I would grow also as a player. I love having fun with other people/players so by making/hosting more events I could give more joy to players. I also want to help players whenever they have problems/ questions in-game or in forum.

How much time I can spend in-game and in forums?

Forum & In-Game: 5-7 hours
You might think that I would be inactive because summer vacation is over here at Philippines, but I could assure you that I would still be active because once I got home, I will already go online with my PC. (That’s what I do) Also, I have lots of half day so I have tons of time to go in-game and forum.

Do I have any experience being an Event Master?

To be honest, I don’t have an experience of being an Event Master. I’ve been loyal to this server since 2012 and during that time I’ve been a normal player, part of GFX team, and became Supporter. After all those time, I learned a lot of things so I’m here trying to apply again to learn different things and to serve Infinity MU server. I may lack experience in this position but I know I can learn easily since I get along with our current staffs.

I have said a lot of things why I want to become an Event Master above, but I want you to know some things about me too. I’m a person who really wants to learn. I started playing Infinity MU since 2012 up to this day and I could say that I learned a lot. I really love making myself grow in-game or in real life, that’s why I keep aiming for something. Before I don’t even know how to report or what but with the help of friends and the infinity MU Community, I was able to become a Supporter before. Also, I learned about Photoshop too when I was a part of the GFX Team. Learning never stops aye. I’m not really good telling stories about me but you could hit me up if you want to know things about my life you can get along with me easily.

First of all, good luck on your application. You are an old player in here and as you said, I saw you participating on events, so you know well how Event system going here, how to manage events, what sort of events can be hosted and so on. You are a good guy, never saw something bad coming from you. I think you have all the qualities which an EM must have. A big support from me.

So the staff team is probably full of doubts now about not knowing chi properly and if he can actually be trusted. I'll talk about my opinion on that even though i'm pretty sure that the staff team's trust on me is like a shredded paper that can't return to it's perfect and normal form.

Chi has been one of my best long time buddy in this game. We haven't met in real life yet, but we're also really close outside the game. I also pushed him and said that he can do well as an EM. He helped the community in the past by being a GFXer and a supporter. Those things were not taken away from him because he did something bad, but it's because he became inactive. I really believe that he has potential, i'm saying this as a former staff member who destroyed all his built reputation. I don't care about my reputation anymore, so i'll just be frank. I believe that i did well as an Event Master, so i can say that proudly.

Even though i did well, i wasted it. I gave plenty of entertainment and helped the community in ways that i can. My point is, Chi can do that as well. He can probably do better if he's guided. He was the one closest to me when i feel really ashamed and regretful about what happened. I'm pretty sure he understands that, so his understanding of not doing something that i did is pretty clear. I gave him lots of advice, although without it, i think he'll still do well. I can assure you that he can do the same that i did, having fun with everyone via events. But the difference is he won't waste and take the position for granted.

About his personality, he really gets along with everyone. I can see that he gets along with some of the staff members. He joined me on my "bad boy" activities ingame and hunted draconites with me with the agreement of splitting the price. That's how he gets along with everyone. He even get along with someone like me who failed. His english is not the best, but based on the current staff members (im not attacking anyone here) i think it's enough, because he can get his point through. He's probably the person i trust the most in this game, and i definitely assure you that you can trust him.

I actually want to return to the team if he's gonna be there. I believe that it's going to be one of the most fun EM teams in the history. That's impossible now though, who the I Love InfinityMU would accept someone like me? I think the EM team will do well with him. He lacks experience, but that can't be helped because there's a first time on everything. I think he's a fast learner too, because i was answering his questions about video editing in the past, but now he's better than me. I can also give him tips if it's about events.

If you didn't understand things or still have questions, maybe ask Syd and Scarlette for other details. At least it would come from someone who's definitely trusted.

After being a witness of people who tried to show off how angels they are just to get in team ,then did not a leave a single opportunity to abuse their power and ruin the server, i would hardly spit on every made application because now i can't expect people to show their behavior before and after approval of application. Few examples to be clear what i mean , [MENTION=693]Subzero[/MENTION] [MENTION=29816]Havost[/MENTION] and many more . Unfortunately most of em' are PHs . No i am not discriminating nations just stating the facts. Consider that you have proven only 10% of yourself and the left 90% you have to prove on your next period being as a staff . I think you're already in team so don't ruin it , don't abuse and never change your originality no matte of how higher you arised. Deciding by your current capability , you have almost everything that an em should have and yea , you got my support.

Your English is decent enough, one of the best between PH players I've seen here, that is a plus, but as I look through your recent posts.. Most of them are spam, happy birthdays, PH zone.. Of course, there is a good side, I see you try and help people. I don't remember chatting with you in-game or in forum, so it's hard to give a decent opinion that would be based on facts, but I kind of can't see a reason not to give you this chance, so good luck.

I have known Chi for a very long time now, I can honestly say that he is one of those people who can be trusted, I just can't picture him doing something like those people Prada tagged. Well, I know he has to prove it, but I'm pretty sure he will get your trust and can get to know him at the same time once you accepted him.

Chi is approachable and easy to talk with. He is active, both forum and in-game, I've also seen him helping sometimes here and has been reporting in-game.

Therefore, my vote for him is a yes.

Well as point of view you are discriminating just for the record not just PH guys that was in the team who did ballshyt, And yes you can make an example but at least considerate it all of them who was in the team not just those ph guys (I did fckedup too) anyway back to the topic.

I've known you for a silly long time, Such a good kid still today no doubt that you will make it out. Positive thinking, trustee. Consider this as a yes as always so good luck.

The current team can handle things. As you saw i focused on increasing the number of members in the Event Master Team to have daily events at different time's of the day.

You're quoting a 4 months old post, that was directed to a guy that was inactive and was applying for GM, and he was offered by Dreams to get into Event Master team but he refused,get your facts straight before replying to an application,your reply to this app can be considered spam, since your arguments are invalid

Υοοο. Ι will write shortly. U didn't make any events of your own to see what u can handle. U also was gfx and supporter and left those jobs for uknown reasons maybe inactivity or personal life.

These 2 arent a big minus but I like to point out the "negatives". Since u were a gfx I think u will do some great banners combined with events tournaments etc

But I will vote yes cause u are active and if we don't test you we will never know what u can handle.

Hi chi i am here to give my opinion on it. i don't know a lot of you that I am a bit away from the mu for my work but the little income noted that it is a good person is always involved in the events of the game. I do not see why we say no to your application i was reading all the comments of the old school and all are very good I do not see why say NO I would have liked more than applied as a moderator to carry out those events that are also needed at the forum I just can't add much in my case I'm going to say yes to your implementation of EM and good luck I hope that it will display all your desires.

For me. you're already overqualified for this position but I don't know why you haven't received any recommendations. You are very capable for this job and I think you're more qualified higher than EM. I'm not promoting Chi just saying a fact . Clean record and very easy to be with and has a good sense of humour. No reason to reject such a crazy baztard just hoping that after getting the title no upgraded ego or changing I Love InfinityMU behaviour like what they,we did. ;p goodluck break a leg

Judging by the community feedback and overall staff team feedback i wish to welcome you to our Staff Team Event Master Chi !

You will need to work very hard and to learn some basic things about the job requirements but i am sure you can do it if you become a bit more serious and you start paying attention to details.
