As i have experienced, some of the players dont want you as EM coz youre not ready for it, someones, friends wants you.
I will explain some situations that i observed about the application and yourself:
Theee are the negative ones:
1. You are recruiting players to give a good comment about you in your application, by this to increase your chances to get in the Event Master Team. (i can grant you coz such things just decreases your chances)
Ingame
At Skype
and i dont want to ask
RESiSTANT to verify your Private Messages, coz i feel i would find more and more.
2. You have a flaming attitude, not calm, relaxed because u are involved at many Harassment cases, what is allready too suspect, as Heruvim explained, ure sometimes provocative with the guyz ingame.
3. Ustable personality, revenging attitude, u cannot accept if you fail. I didnt accepted you as Supporter coz for me being a supporter is not means to stay non-stop ingame. Based on this i could make 20 supporters at this moment if i would.

Theese tags are not
for you. Well let me explain to you and towards the community: a Forum Tag is not exists to be useful for You. Exists coz it has bigger permission in order to serve the community. Just coz you cannot see the report section, or ure not EM, GM, Mod or Admin doesnt mean coz they ranks under of theese are useless. U can make Events, can support the community without higher tags. Its not useful for you coz u want more power/acces. Thats clear. And coz u didnt recieved Supporter tag, u dont want VIP and Infinity Hardcore neither -> Unstable and childish attitude.
4. You had a long term plan before making this application, so you used the Chatbox to highlight the infinitians that the Events what the GMs and EMs are making are "simply not Enough" for you. Non-stop Spamming in the Chatbox: "Any EM? Make events" "hey guyz make events" " events pls " and so on, the Chatbox archive is full with this.
No its not against the rules, and u said you just want to have fun. Well i sincerly said dont believe of this. What i feel that you just prepaired your way and wanted to show the players that ure active, events, events, events, u offered yourself at the end to make more. Clear sight, disturbed me really much this "forcing the Staff to make Events" .
Who got any problems with the EM's and GMs and thinking that they are not making their job correctly, just contact me and i show some proofs and data's that all is okay.
5. Someones said well: poor application. I wont say anything just compare your application with
Darkiest's application.
There is visible that he is trying to give him his soul + effort to be Event Master.
In yours i see the following:
Well, I always wanted to be Game Master just to make events,but lucky for me 1month ago they added new position Event Master and i decided that once i will try to get this and as i said Prada left and I decided that its good time for it.
You allways wanted to be GM just to make events. Coz Prada left, new slot, u try to get it.
This is also towards you and for all the future applicants:
Staff positions dont have a fix number. can be more or less. If a GM/EM leaves, not means obligatory needs other.
The Staff Positions are not just like the "Ingame Character Selection" coz u choose what u want to be and done.
Theese positions u need to earn by respect, loyality, activity, helpfulness, devotament, effort, kindness. If you dont have all of these, you dont have chance to get in.
The positive ones:
You are active ingame, active in forum, as u said you are a known person in the community and you are making reports, we appreciate a lot, thank you for your efforts and support but:
This is not enough for me, for the Staff, for the community to give you a high rank. If the team feels that you are unstabe, arrogant, unpatient and tricky guy, we cannot give the trust, we are not in a critical point to accept anybody who looks a good guy and wants a job. Everybody should bear in his mind that few players will get in the team.
I almost forgot something. Clear that you and mostly nobody didnt read the
Staff Application Truism and i will proove you why, coz it writes clearly:
Formatting
While there is no specific format to the way you wish you write your application keep in mind that if we sense there is a lack of effort put into your application, your chances of approval significantly decrease.
Also remember to post the following statement at the end of your application, showing us you've properly read the Truism thread.

So in short, quality over quantity. Bear that in mind.

I Know pretty well that most of you that apply for Staff doesn't even read what RESiSTANT writes here,this is pissing me off Don't be such noobs,Don't be so freaking LAZY asses to read it because it seems big,if you are not reading this **** you will never be GM or anything.
