I am here applying for the position*Event Master. This is my first application and I hope I can make a good impression

Why do you want to apply as an Event Master?

I have been playing infinity MU since 2009 and also joining non-PVP/ PVP events but has not been active during the years because of school. I am really interested in joining the event forum. I eagerly want to learn more the system of the forum. I have always been included in the rankings. But I know I still need to improve more that is why I am willing to achieve a goal as an Event Master if you will let me. Also, many have reach and approach me through e-mails and social medias asking me for some tips on how they can become better player. I will not only be helping myself in improvements but I can also share it with other who are interested to learn.

How much time I can spend in-game and in forums?

Forum & In-Game:10-15 hours per day
I have been facing the computer all my life. My work is based on technology, I am a home-based online marketer for a private company so I do my job most of the time at home. I submit reports to the office 2-3 times a week. I can assure you that I can be active as actively as you propose.

Do I have any experience being an Event Master?

Honestly, I do not have experience as an Event Master. I have hosted games with my guild members. As a Guild Master, most of the time I conduct Hide and Seek games and Bring me games. I asked mods if they can assist me to conduct an events wherein I can sponsor or provide for that event. I lack experience but my willingness to learn is overflowing, I want to experience to be an Event Master so that I can show case my capabilities.

I really enjoy playing Infinity MU since 2009. I have been trying my best being a good player or member and this time I am very avid to be an Event Master. I already learned a lot of skills since I started playing. I also become a Supporter once. I became interested more in the forum because of the people I met in-game, I often report/comment/post to the forum now and have learned the value of the forum because of the Infinity MU Community. I am a creative and determined person when I want to achieve something, I place lots of effort to it and whenever I have it already I will be committed to it. I may not be that good in introducing myself but I hope you find my application interesting and satisfying. If you want to know more about my background you can message me too, I am a versatile person so I get along with others easily.

Any criticisms are welcome. I will be accepting them positively for my own benefit and improvements. Thank you very much for sparing some of your time. The result will be a challenge for me. :notworthy:

Hi, thanks for taking an interest in the event master team.

To begin, i think that your application here is too early. If you are trying to learn our rules right now, why not apply once you've already learned them? From what I can see, you still haven't understood lots of things here at forums. The posts have already been deleted, but you posted in the event "Staff Team Says" when there's already a winner. Another thing is you asked DiMER about his command on the event via posting on the thread itself, most people would definitely do it via PM, or at least ask it in the shout box. I'm pretty sure that you have other cases here in forum, but this is not really a big thing, my point here is understanding is a big and a important quality of a Staff Member, being a staffer here is like working at a company.

Since you applied for Event Master, it seems unfair if i only criticize you with the forum rules, since EMs work in-game after all.

About in-game, i know you. I've been with you most of the time in events, and I do think that you are not a bad guy. Also it seems like some people in-game likes you as well. But, your temper is a different thing. You tend to get angry at little things. I saw a lot of PCH fights here at forum. You can't reason out and say "but they started it!!", that will simply make you seem more immature. You just can't start a fight when somebody provokes you. We already fought once so i know how you really are. I remember that clearly. Of course, you should be able to improve yourself so don't let it get you down.

About your English, it's understandable so i don't see any problems with it.

For me, I don't think that you should be promoted YET. But keep your head up high, and remember what I said and the opinions that has yet been posted by the others.

show that you can handle the stuff, show contribution to the server, come up with idea's that are well worked out not hey i got a idea why you guys not host a guess the word event, you need to work the full event out in idea's and etc.


to add: with what forum account did you got support ( because you say you was it once.) and why arnt you on that forum account anymore.

I dont know if im c apable enough to give such opinions but since its our community i’ll give you some.
First of all, EM team is not hard nor easy either. But with EM team, you need to have the capability which includes; you must be friendly to other players, you must always be on the right track. And also you must learn more about what people need in terms of event. If you can handle this position with big priority, then i guess why not right? but for me bro, dont get this wrong, you still need some learning to do with how EM team works. And i know time will come that you can acquire that position. For now its a no.

Well, I don't know you at all which is surprise if you a player from 2009s. Coz if you really are, then there is no one better than me can recognize those active guys from history. But yet if you are an old player and if you even had an old forum account with supporter rank, I dont get why you didn't mention your old in game name and even old Forum account in here? By the way, why you even needed new forum account which one account is enough for everyone unless there is some bad things happened to that account like ban history.

What I want to say is, if you believe in yourself you had to proudly mention your old names but seems you dont believe in yourself. Then how can we believe in you is a question.

I checked your latest activities in forum and I will be direct,I found you immature which only mature person can handle so many players in game. It proves that you are not ready at all.

Apologies maybe I misunderstood or misinterpreted "Supporter" I want to clarify what I meant is a supporter in-game for my guild before (BadVoyz). As I've said I wasn't active for years and i have not mind forum before. Until January of this year 2018 I became Interested in forum because I realize its value when it comes to the news, updates and other information regarding infinityMU. I found my old forum account anyway (h*****) my forum name before same with my username in game.

If NOT, probably we will not know yet what will be the outcome of your application thread. Cause it's not only about the resume you created that the staff will need to know if your suitable for the position you wanna get. This word "action" (the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim.) not just an action that you needed to do when someone tell you to do it. It must be your own self, you(Yourself) to sacrifice your time to help newbies/players when they asking in-game/forum, as well as dedication even if no one will tell you what to do, you will do it just to make sure your help will reach them or even if not atleast you give your best shot. Attitude(typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.), this is the most needed at all times, Why? because this will be the perspective of the player's and staff's around you in the community.

@topic, my vote will be neutral, saying that i'm not against you and your application thread but for you to know some information you need to know that i hope it will noted you and don't stop if your application might get rejected/denied but who knows? =) I will leave it to the higher staff for their decision.

Thank you for that. Yes, I have read Truism. I answered my application with full honesty. I may not be that good in expressing my words but I can prove to you that my words can lead to fruitful actions, if I will be permitted. Yes, I became inactive before because I pursued school but my life now is surrounded with technology and most of the time I'm in the computer. My work is home-based so I got time. Whatever the result may be... will be a challenge for me. I really appreciate your opinion. :happyy:

Well i know this guy i think he is really approachable in game and he is also a good player but i don't really know if he is really capable to this position but i really want to give him a chance so it is a yes for me but maybe giving him a trial would be better to see if he is really capable to this position.

First up, I'd like to say that you have a very good command over the English language which I deem to be an integral characteristic for an aspring staff member. Your over-all composition is impressive including the tone which I think implies humility and plain eagerness to serve the community. In my humble opinion, I think you have a great potential in you.

On the other hand, you have not proven yourself including your attitude, your sense of responsibility, helpfulness and other traits that are necessary in becoming a staff member, most especially an Event Master- a frontliner. You have not started nor inititated any event in the forum- which could show how you organize things up and how you handle responsibilities.

Willingness is indeed very important, but it's never enough. Chances are earned. So, you gotta earn yours. Prove yourself first and for sure everything else will follow. Start from A, don't skip letters. Good luck!

What i meant is PCH fights/arguments with insults. I never said theres anything wrong with PCH duels. Gather a little bit of common sense kid, you barely know anything here with your 2% activity.

Be careful with what you say here. You might affect your friend's application. They say that birds of the same feather flock together, so if you're friends with the applicant and this is the kind of attitude you're showing- people might get a different notion with your friend. :rebote:

Hello, I met this guy and he doesnt have bad habits. I dont think this guy will abuse his rank to use it on some bad ways. I think if he granted to this rank, he will use his powers on good purpose. But the only way to know is giving him 14 days trial, isnt? This guy always online on our peack. We need some pvp events specially on those peack hours but sadly we dont get one. This peacks happens after 22:00 GMT+4 and this guy can host events on those times.

But every time i go ing i see you online , so that means your active
Idk what acces have event master group , but from what i know they make events so idk what bad he can do if you guyz give hem an trial
He cant give items because we have data base so...
All of you were on trial without any experiance , thats why we have trial period , new staff members need to learn

Like some1 told me when i made apply for gfx long time ago , forum always need some more gfx
same ing , we always need some more event masters
And i think is ok to give an chance to new members not only old ones who already were on staff team

One more thing to add here , on forum we have 30 or 40% of players , from this 30-40%only few comments here , so we have no ideea how friendly he is with others , from this few comments there are players who will always be negative or they don`t rly care or they say good things only for friends

As advise for next time when you do that make sure to be more helpful both ing and forum-wise and last but not least DON'T EVER AGAIN ASK FOR SUPPORT for your applications, forum event entries etc. like you did now!
