Event Polls Information

• Any events with entries should have a proper criteria for judging.
  
  
• The polls itself will not be enough so the voters must explain why they voted for the corresponding entry.

• If someone votes and doesn't give a proper explanation that follows the criteria adjusted & announced by the Moderator Team, first he/she will be warned and second time, the right to vote will be taken away from that user.

• The public gets the chance to see the entries, their corresponding critics and Poll votes.

• Furthermore, TRANSPARENCY will be at 100% percents.

• Judging Criteria: Outfit, Background, Looks, Efforts & Creativity.

• When you have submitted an entry to any event, you are NOT allowed to vote in that event's poll at all, if you belong to any of the ranks with the ability to vote.

Who exactly can vote and post?

Everyone from the above listed groups is required to define in the public Event Poll Thread the reason for his vote.


Note: You are not allowed to force/beg people via PM or visitor messages in order to vote for your entry. If someone will be caught, he will be disqualified from the event and the poll as well. If someone PMs you, please do PM any member of the Staff Team and he will be disqualified. If you are caught asking for votes, you can end up banned as per the number of offense.

Ultimate Infinitian can now vote in Event Polls.

And new rule added:

When you have submitted an entry to any event, you are NOT allowed to vote in that event's poll at all, if you belong to any of the ranks with the ability to vote.

Reminder: Please, read the rules before voting and do NOT forget to state a reason. Voting without a reason will lead your vote to not be counted. Doing this multiple times will lead to the removal of your rank permanently.

This mainly goes to all newly appointed Ultimate Infinitians.

Senior Event Master, Ultimate IMES Winner, IMES Winner & Forum Hero usergroups can now vote in Event Polls as well.
Order of the usergroups has been changed too.

Update:
You are not allowed to ask the players to vote for you in the Polls.
Whoever will ask the players for a vote "anywhere" will be immediately disqualified from the event and his entry will be removed from the POLL. You can be banned because of it, depends on your offense number.
So please if someone PM you to vote for him send the SS to any of the Moderator team.
