EXITLAG PROBLEM

Hi everyone. Does anyone familiar with this problem? i can't connect to exitlag now.

it says, "Could not discover network by using ICMP because your ISP limits number of request."

it's my first time to encounter this.

This happened after the exitlag update.

I tried to reconnect it many times, but i'm having the same problem.
I also tried "Proxy connection" but nothing happened.
