Experience Problem AFTER CHANGING NAME Thru WEBSHOP.

I change my Blade Master Name (BMZeReF) into (#[K]raToS# ) and after i change my name . my friends Gone . i cant add them , it always says "Character Name Doesnt Exist" even when my friends Try to add me thru Command "add friend" there is no notification coming out on me .

another Problem is I cant use the TELEPORT at the Page . It says "Invalid Character...."

did you leave your guild before changing name?
is no then thats ur problem
if yes then your character got bugged , you should contact our admin.

I think every nickname with special character, which is * [ ] # .
cannot be added in friend list nor received messages ingame (player can't send you mail ingame)

Yes . i Do ,left my Guild before changing name . becoz in the "change name section" says the character should not in any guild before doing so .

I will try to fix it for you once find your account offline. Don't log off for now because I won't be checking it now. Later on will check it. Not promising anything because your character has special symbols. If you want friend system to work I can rename your name later on free of charge.

I Experience this problem long time ago i change my name and i can't add other name in my friend list.
before you change your name try to delete all of the list of your friend.

You're right, that is because of the symbol on your name. Anyways, since you don't want Resi to change it. Then I am going to close your thread. Feel free to PM me if you want me to re-open it again.
