"fail to connect to sever"

I clicked the connection button and it kept saying "Fail to connect to sever" all the time. How can i play it? I tried the main.exe and the launcher but both didn't work

I also had this problem, it could be your internet connection or your antivirus.

How can i fix it? I tried to turn off my antivirus but it didnt work

Reinstall your game client. Do not add any patches, just let it update. If not then add mu.exe and main.exe to your firewall and antivirus exceptions.
