Maybe some of you would be pissed about me in this thread. When i opened the forum I saw this thread and i thought he was asking for help like char bug/ tech support problem.

I just would like to give my opinion to this, even do i really don't know the person in my entire playing of IMU.

Clearly the rules states that Buy and sell in real money is absolutely illegal.
Also the evidence clearly shows that he is buying Uber for real money.

So stupid of me, to speak out for this one even though he breaks the rule.

Supposedly Uber cost 1.2k pesos.The accuse is buying uber for 15 php Pesos equivalent to 0.342$, not even half of 1$. Now tell me if he is not joking?

In a situation like this, Maybe 1 month or 1/2 ban, but permanent ban is too much.
There should be new rules for case like this.

Not because he is Filipino I voice out for him. I speak out for everyone out there who does not deserve to have permanent ban.
I just don't wanna see people from this server decline or flee. After all more players more fun.

i think this make sense. in fact as a filipino as my self. as a GM or staff as yourself, you would use your mind. ( no offense ). 15PHP? i cant even buy a sword for that kind of amount. im not saying that he isnt dserve to be banned. im just saying in behalf of Shadowfax and all the fellow inifnitians, not all players shouldnt be desrved to be banned permanently.

I like what you said here. Because some of the admin(s) gm(s) gives banned and it sometimes permanent.
It was his first offence I think.. for me it was a joke. he deserves another chance.

i think i agree with those above me..give him 2nd chance i think he learned his lesson...not all the time we could joke that things.its an offense and choose your words in any way,any where....i think he still deserved 2nd chance.

Yeah but LOL... He should have know the rules here he said he is playing for 6 years and he did something like that... I have been banned 2times in this game permanent... And I accepted it cause it was my fault I have benn playing MU like more than 10 years we should know that a joke can lead to bad things and we must accept it.... In my personal opinion he should save some credits to unbanned himself....

Then we should unban other players too who have been banned for buying UBER SET = PHP or BUY UBER SET = Makati area etc, and we don't know what's the prize of it maybe it's low or high price. The point is, rules is rules. And it's unfair to other players who have been banned for the same reason. As game masters, we have a rules also that we need to follow like fellow players. Another fact is, he should accept the punishment since he disobey our rules here, he said that he's an old player then why should he talk about buying uber set. Don't be too sensitive, We know that bobo isn't an insult or harrasment because bobo = stupid/idiot.

It's a word which you will need to prove that you're not. It's a provokation.

Learn how to differentiate the situation. Well, are you sure that guy is joking? Nothing is impossible.

Remember, that you beg me to unban your account for this same reason. And you know that rules is rules.

Let's wait for higher ranks answer here if they can give second chance to this guy.

In my point of view that guy deserves ban. Why? Because you can't do such jokes ( i don't even know if it was a joke).
The rules clearly state: Buy/Sell items for real money: Permanent account ban. Even if no one sells the uber for that low ammount of PHP. We GM's need to follow the rules and in this situation, Zack did follow the rules and banned him.

Seems like, with nolitopogi report.. That guy offered that amount of money, as joke. Between friends.
But, with the newest report by scarlette, He is offering, buying it. Trying to get a seller.
