FPS Issues

Before I state my issue I'll post my PC specs :
CPU : AMD A10-5800K @4.2ghz
CPU COOLER : CM Seidon 120m
RAM : GSkill Ares 8gb (2x4gb) 1866 kit
GPU : ASUS R9 280X 3gb DCU2 TOP
PSU : Thermaltake Smart SE 730W

I always game with DOTA 2 / Battlefield 3 and 4
my regular fps on these games stated above is
VSYNC ON : 60 fps ( no drops )
VSYNC OFF : 120 fps ( no drops )

but on my fraps counter ( record off ) Infinity MU client only gets 21fps no ups and downs , installed the v8 and v9 i need help here

Hello,

Just to let you know that those anti lag make your graphic more lag. I have noticed it. Thats why i prefer the normal bmd files for the client. How I know? I been playig this sever since 2008. I scan and reported how these so called anti lag helps, it doesn't

i reinstalled the game with the the anti lag things , but still locked @21fps

so 21 FPS IS ALREADY THE MAXIMUM!
and I ALSO GET 21 FPS when i record on FRAPS.
I Play dota 2 to my FPS is 100+ vsync on.

FPS depend on many things,aside from the anti-lag patches,what you have there is absolutely normal,I have 21 fps as well.

ohh thanks guys i only wish it can raise up to 30 , 21 is kinda low , its even lower and movie fps which is 24 , but thanks for the heads up
