Hi, try to use some anti lag patch in order to lessen/reduce your FPS rate.

(aloha) there, since you've mentioned after being at Lorencia you receive some slow mo it's some weird bug that happens sometimes all u have to do is just reconnect, nor just switch char or select server but exit the game an log in again.

Try to defragment your disk mate or run ccleaner I always do that when I have experienced lag in game or lower your effect limitation in game.
