Hello everyone, I Wanna share this idea (Not of my own) but Still wanna share this with everyone since seems to be a great plus for our forum activity. It’s named Free Talk like a big thread or kind of section where you can post about whatever you want likely how’s been your week, day what succes or fail you had recently , plans, talking about video game , anime etc. Yes we have Off atopic secition but let’s be honest that it’s dead rarely someone post there because at least in my opinion it’s kinda big and people no cares about it also I’m not sure at all but I think post in most of sections there ain’t showed in last post feed.

Anyways I will show here the rules and everything that can be used there so please read carefully.

Share a story, ask a question, or start a conversation about (almost) anything you desire.

Include context on thread / post

*Be sure your thread opens up conversation & maintains a positive atmosphere that encourages users to participate.
*Provide context in the submission text that directly relates to the title.
Open up conversation for users to comment - it's ok to ask leading questions.
*Posts should have a clear topic of focus.
*Don't abandon your threads
*We're here to talk, we don't want the submitter to make a thread and completely ignore it
*The submitter is required to reply to any top comment within the first 12 hours.
*Don't make a thread if you are going to be away and not able to participate in the thread.

I know it’s not a big deal but can be used to know each other, help, make friends and keep way active our forum. It can be implemented without the need of creating another forum section just modifying Off Topic sections.

So what’s your opinion?

This is a nice idea. I browse the forums almost everyday and I kind of make the forums sort of like a social media platform to me so seeing contents aside from the game itself is kind of refreshing. Plus you get to know more of the players here and it adds more to the forums activities. I just hope people will be more open hahaha.

We already have Off-topic section to serve that purpose

Sure we will create new section and they will swarmed by user coz its newbrand, but eventually user will abandon the section like Off-topic,
Most user prefered spend their time in game than in forum,
The other most common user's mistakes is, they hardly know the different between spam and not, creating conversation is need more than just a greeting.

So in my opinion, this suggestion is not needed, coz we have Off-topic and you guys can create interesting topic there to start conversation.

I don't see the reason to create a new section for small talk.

We have a lot of sections as of now,and people still use chatbox for free talk,it's what it is for.

We have Off topic and Spam section,try to use them and if they don't feel enough,maybe then we will create a new one.
