Here is a video where u can set main.exe to be higher priority for your CPU.Well i have an error cause my pc needs clean has some virus ^_^
Also by ending the proccess of explorer.exe which uses large amount of RAM you have more RAM if u got old pc .U can bring it back by new task and typing explorer.exe.Ofc if u have skype and closed explorer.exe u can alt tab if u cant find skype.Hope i helped you

Didn't know you can reopen it when you close it, i used to do this but only thought the only way is to log off account then logg back in, thanks for showing this.
