Freezing on login screen, help please :)

So I have been away from computers and too much technology for a while now(I don't even remember my main account).

I downloaded Infinity a few weeks ago, and my computer just decided to update to Windows 10 by itself. After it updated, I tried to log in and it loads normally, but once it gets to the server selection screen/log in screen, it freezes, but not a complete freeze, everything moves super slow and i cant even log into the game because it's so hard to move the cursor.

Can anyone help a old timer? lol, it's been too long since I've actually done anything with online gaming so I don't remember what to do.

do try to update your windows under control panel first, usually that issue is about your built-in graphics or video card including ActiveX.

I tell you already eh had the problem before with Windows 10 is a total problem with video drivers.

so i decided to again use windows 7...

in that case te i recommend you use (Driver Booster 3) so you can update your video drivers...

because windows shared assets in Windows 7 in the..

is a total mess. Let me know if it works.....

my best recommendation that you use Windows 7 and problem solved.....

Update all your drivers. Windows update was only for your os. Your drives need to be updated manuel.
Do that and if it still not working. Let me know.

Has nothing to do with the shadet 2.0.
Its related to drivers,wich need to be updated.
When mu was created shader version 2.0 was not even in plan to be launched )

Idk but my old graphic card which is ati radeon hd 4870 i cant play infinityMU cause everything super delay on visual movement.. i tried format also and install the driver but it seems doesnt help at all so i just bought a new graphic card and it solve my problem.. so maybe something wrong with hes graphic card and that is my gues..

I had the same problem after moving from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I did remove the installed gpu driver and made an update to the last gpu drivers and my problem got fixed. You can search for open source softwares for driver updates. Find one software, run it and update all the drivers needed. Good luck.

Right click on mu.exe and click Properties. Go to compatibility on the menu tab. Select compatibility mode for Windows XP. Click Apply then click OK. Run the game.
