Game Freezes

When i press Connect nothing happenes...i thought of reformating my pc but maybe i should make a topic first

i unnistalled my antivirus and repatched the game but now when i press connect the game starts loading but it was always saying this syncing thing and it gets me back to launcher always

I also had this problem. I solved it by formatting.
