my client is working now after i restarted my laptop and i check llahlog.dat before and i cant find it on my mugameguard folder

I see some people selling non FO mok is it drop from mobs or its just a reward on GM events because years ago rewards on gm events is exe item of players choice with 3 option
if it drops ingame may I ask what map/mob
