Game issues. Game does not start

Hello,
I tryed to start game but it won't start. Liveguard is not loading completely and than it shuuts down.
I tryed administrator rights, does not work
i tryed compabillity, doesn't work
antivirus sutted down, does not work.

see foto, anoter game's main.exe was just by start suspended in de task manager. the same for many main.exe

I think main.exe is "suspended" from your Windows Firewall.
Add an exception for main.exe in your Windows Firewall and try to run the launcher again.

re install the game, then exclude infinitymu folder in your antivirus app
and also exclude it from windows defender
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.
then relaunch the game launcher.
