Good day,

i have been playing infinity mu for over a month or two now. However i have a problem with my game randomly closing without any reason. This causes me to restart everything again which is very tiresome on my part. I am using windows 8 on a laptop. Anyone please help me.

Hoping a positive response on this issue.

What happens when client disconnects? Do you get a disconnection message "You are disconnected from the server" or does MU client just close instantly?

You can try these methods to solve your problem:
1. Close all 3rd party programs when you run the game (Close all except for the InfinityMU) you can do this by going to your Task Manager
(proceses) and close the other programs.
2. Disable your Firewall
3. Try to add your main.exe to Antivirus Exclusions list.
4. Try to run it on compatibility mode.
5. Open Start Menu, then look for the Computer > Right click and select properties > Advanced system settings > Settings (performance) > Go to Data Execution Prevention.
When you go on Data Execution Prevention just click on the Add button and find your main.exe
After you add your main.exe there just click OK to save and try to start the game again. (Run it as administrator)
6. Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run mu client with admin level (run as Admin in Vista/Win7).

Trust me it's not you're pc that's the problem, it's your internet connection. I have that problem like forever now until now because my internet is not "stable" for some reason. Just contact your internet provider and ask help.

If you are frequently dced from the game maybe the problem is your connection. Are you connected to a WiFi? If yes try to connect with a cable wire connection coz WiFi isn't probably stable.

As I told you your PC has nothing to do with your problem.

If all those options above doesn't work, try to re-install your client. maybe there's some file curropted or incomplete when you download the game. and always check if your firewall is disable. should be disabled as always. or try to run the game using lower OS which is win7 or winXP and update us about the result.

Find me.
I experienced that kind of problem. The thing is, your computer is not the problem, is the internet connection. Based on my experience. Im using SkyCable btw.

Good day,
i dont know but i could say that my connection is stable. i think there is really a problem with the client? i could say that the connection is stable beccause i just automatically disconnect without even laggs. Yes, i have disabled firewall, i have tried to reinstall the game. other steps to follow?

i am hoping for a positive response.

Is there another program working along with your client that might be disrupting the process?

Delete your current infinitymu client/folder then re-install another client into our website. then try if it's work already then if doesn't try to change your OS into lower version which is windows7 or windowsXP. maybe the client is not compatible with your OS.
