Game wont start / Audio Failure

Hey - two things happened to me at the same day
1) out of the blue: "headset/speaker not connected" even tho they are connected, getting electricity, and working x.x [ i hear sound when connecting speakers to phone] but pc wont recognize them
2) game will close after launch.

I have a feeling these problems are connected as they happened in the same day.
can someone please help me, I am bad with pc x.x

I already tried system restore
no luck there
audio remained broken
game remained unaccessed [i restored to 29.6]

Also Reboot your moden, as it can be a time out. But you can be sure what the game issue is if you check your liveguard logs.
( how to reboot modem pull out the ac cable wait 3 to 5 minutes put it back in and try the game again.

Hey, I checked this guide but it is meant for missing the whole section of voice devices, my voice device exist and intact. but the pc wont recognize the connection.. hope im explaining my self right.
please help
also I cannot understand the liveguard logs..

then go to device manager run it as admin, right click on all the audio settings and uninstall your sound plugs. ( so right click everything under audio inputs and outputs.) and uninstall them all.
then go to action at the top and click on the "scan for hardware changes." this will fresh install all the drivers of your audio devices.

I followed ur steps, it reinstalled them but ended up in the same situation
https://imgur.com/a/AmxVVu8 - when i right click the voice in windows application bar,and then I clicked "sound devices"
this opens up and says [translating from hebrew] - not connected
when i trouble shoot, windows says I have nothing connected to my pc.
but that is not true.. o.o
also, im not sure if thats the reason i cant open the game as well T_T
can u guys maybe try to fix this via anydesk or smth X_X
 
Okay, let's assume we forget about the sound problem!|
I still cannot enter game as seen in video, it will DC immediately after loading game..
what can i do with this?

"DC immediately after loading game".. for me it was a client issue, not a windows driver issue. try to re-install the game client and update us if you still dc after reinstalling.
 
i tried that as well.
I believe the pc is beyond repair. (very old)
so to conclude this thread, you can close it, as I am going out today to purchase a 2nd hand laptop hopefully the game will run smoothly on. thanks for the good will tho <3 @RESiSTANT @Nikki @DORAEMON

buy a laptop thats manufracted after 2017.
Otherwise you wont have TPM 2.0 and you cant install windows 11 later this year.
