As you remember , i've been rejected before because im not using photoshop.
I want to try again , i guess i've already showed what i really have to show.
I guess , this forum need a GFX at this moment.
Well , let's begin.

K, get to the main point
1. About GFX talent
Yours is already good, since your last application I've already approved with your GFX works.
2. About not using Photoshop
I think this is the only problem that your last application was denied. Not using photoshop can lead to no render (your Photoscape doesn't have render right?), so people can easily thinks you ripped other work
3. Attitude
After your demotion, (and after that) your attitude changed positively so I'll trust you in this cause this is 90% important when you become a Staff
So in general
My answer is 99% YES, it will be 100% if you make me a siggy gift xD

You Improved a lot since your Last GFX Application, I doubt in the first time because you're using Photoscape and can't provide Raw File, But Since I've seen the Consistency of your work. I would say that it's your own work. In attitude... Doing good.

Excuse me, but that's Staff Applications section. As i said GFX doesn't considered as a staff. Couple of weeks ago i asked RESiSTANT at skype about it and he confirmed.

You got unbanned only few days ago,you must increase your activity,and try using image editor that can save in RAW format. (try using ACDSee/Photoshop)
