Gifts for GFX Members

I want to suggest give gift(credits,FO items....etc) to GFX Team members in every Month(week). Coz we haven`t enough GFX now, and the other don`t want to apply for GFX. Why they won? They makes gifts to the player, but they don`t get any prize. Then they get bored, and gonna be deactive. Witch this system we will have mane GFX player, coz they will try to apply and They will work by heart.
PS: Maybe this suggested before. And i am sorry for my bad English

The Game Masters and Mods are also spending their time in helping the server , while the GFXers are only giving gifts such as siggies/userbars which is unnecessary.

how they will "work by heart" if they will make applications just to get these "gifts" ...

GFX are also Staff,they don't need any "gifts" for doing their job.

Nobody apps for GFX becasue they dont have time and skins in photoshop to do it. The GIFTs are not the reason.

Trail Mods, Mods, GMs, HGM have any gift from their works? Ofc, NO.

And GFX team is a part of staff, they help our server by their skins in photoshop, their hobbies and by their HEART.

The GIFTs should not be given to any staffs.

So, i disagree.
