Grand reset problem. Help.

My character name is RXbugshii and I have a problem regarding grand reset.
I can't grand reset because it says I have a special character on my name.
What should I do? I hope it doesn't require to create a new character. I spend
8-10 hours each day, and I am not interested in creating again. Hahaha

Please, HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

You donate $3 to get special name but now you pay 3000 credit to change name for making grand reset module (to get 3500 credit)

lol , before you change ur name theres a note written that using symbols on names can lead you in trouble.
changing name again without symbols are the only way to fix his problem.
lol , are u really a Supporter? u don't know that lool.rofl.
We're not sure if he really donated 3$ for it or its only a normal Change name.
If he donated 3$ , RESiSTANT can help you with that.

if ur name doesn't have any special characters , what happen?

Solution: Try to change your character name and make sure it does not include special letters.
