Grand Reset problem ?

guys im already 100 resets but i still cant use grand reset option i got this error

"This character does not belong to you or you got special letters on it.

Solution: Try to change your character name and make sure it does not include special letters."

You need to login in site without caps lock and you will be able to grand reset next time.

I have already grand reset your character.
