Oke, since 2 outta 3 of the gfx members are totally inactive, and only Nocturnal is active after a small break, his request area is getting more requests day by day. So, this could be a lil suggestion, why dont u do a gfx recruitment? or something else i thought is that, we got some members in the staff team that are great gfxers, such as Icebreaker and Newman, so if you guys are not that busy and have some more time you could open your own request areas 1st, to give players another choice, and 2nd, to help a lil bit Nocturnal that he's the only one of his team !

It is not necessary, who want to integrate the GFX TEAM, simply create an application in the section "Staff Aplication"

I agree that we need more GFXers, but as Nation said everybody can create an application if he's good in graphics

A Gfx application needs to be approved by The Angel [gfx team leader], resistant will just give the rank, and his last activity was like one month ago !

It is true that we need more gfx, but getting one is not as easy many have been implemented and many have not achieved. You recommend to Icy and Newman, if you have not seen two of them holding serious positions to manage and where winds are doing their job. The occasions where people have applied for this range always fail because they do not connect more. On occasions Icy help to Noc with some sigi but not to be part of the gfx, accordingly wait as appear at the right time another gfx seriously in the staff, and please should not claim anything to the unanswered requests for Noc.

U wont gain Staff respect or anything from staff acting that way
you're just making a Hot fuss all over here which's gonna block any chances 4u 2 sucess in ur Threads . If u want 2 discuss smt go and discuss with the Staff about that .

I'm not trying to gain anyone's respect mate. I just say what i think that could help.
I'm acting totally normal and, above all, i'm respectful to what i say.
I said about the gfx recruitment because some times in the past there were posts from the staff team that staff members needed (gm's either mods either whatever was that). Plus the gfx leader who gives the approval is inactive so if someone wants to apply for gfx he is kinda lost. So something should happen for this dont u think?
